• Robust Materials:

  • BonBiza Rust: Made of weather-resistant Corten steel, featuring a protective rust layer that slows oxidation

  • BonBiza Black: Made of regular steel, which will develop a natural rust patina over time, adding a rugged look

Care Instructions:

• Cooking plates come pre-oiled to prevent rust

• Wipe off the protective oil before first use and re-oil before cooking

• Always store the plancha oiled and at room temperature to avoid corrosion
